so the object library is ahead of the industry? Scary in so many ways! Anyway, I don't care if they are just hood ornaments, I like the way they look, and the symbol they project.

Greg - Your drawings look very nice. Are you using SketchUp? If so, could you tell us what "style" settings you are using? I seem to have trouble getting a "sketched" look with their jittery lines and standard settings. I seem to lose detail.
Thanks

Yes Bill - its all sketchup. Lately I'm using a couple of nice advanced line styles that I got for free. I think one is called "pencil lines" and the other may be called "graphite". Look around and test them - there are so many you are sure to find one you like.

Here is mine:

I was originally planning on doing something very modern but then decided everyone else would be also so I ended up using that little stock plan I had been working on since it was mostly done anyway and all the sudden I got pretty busy the last few weeks.

Seems as if they are getting the bugs worked out. Site is working much better now.

This was my original concept:

This sort of thing is a lot of fun but in the end I decided that the empty nest couple would most likely choose a more traditional style and that most entries would be for the young "hip" couple.

I voted for Dave's - I really like his design. To me so much more to the point of the contest than the really wild entries.

Chris - I'll toss you a vote, but I'm not going to go first. You have to at least vote for yourself.
